RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since item is shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must either:

• Have sustained verifiable damage during shipping prior to arrival.
• Not be the item ordered, but another incorrectly shipped to you.
• If the wrong item was shipped to you or if your order arrive damaged, please email alfred@adamwest.com with photo confirmation. Please include your name and order number in the email.

 SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Adam West Enterprises PO Box 3477 Ketchum Idaho United States 83340.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
